3. Payment Policy & Project Initiation

 

Strict Advance Payment Policy: No project or work of any kind will be initiated by Goga Siku Social Media Marketing & Services until the required advance payment or full project fee has been successfully paid and received. Work begins strictly post-payment.

 

No Physical Contract Required: We do not execute separate physical paper stamp-paper contracts. These Terms & Conditions published on our website, combined with your official invoice details, serve as the complete, binding agreement between both parties. Making a payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities & Materials

 

The Client is responsible for providing timely access, feedback, and necessary creative materials (logos, text, images, and brand guidelines) required to execute the project efficiently. The Client guarantees that all provided materials are original and do not violate third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All concepts, source files, designs, codes, and strategic frameworks remain the intellectual property of Goga Siku Social Media Marketing & Services until final payment is settled in full. Upon complete payment, ownership rights for final deliverables are transferred to the Client.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

While we apply industry best practices and result-driven strategies for SEO, social media marketing, and advertising, Goga Siku Social Media Marketing & Services does not guarantee specific search rankings, viral reach, or fixed revenue outcomes, as digital platforms and algorithms are subject to frequent change. We are not liable for business losses due to platform downtime or technical interruptions.

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Non-Refundable Advance: Once payment has been made and project work has commenced, all advance payments and setup fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If a project is cancelled midway by the Client, liability remains for the portion of work already completed.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
